PESI Inc has released the PESI Mobile App, a free iOS application designed for educational purposes. The app can be used to attend live webcasts, on-demand seminars, webinars, videos, and any other delivery method available in the catalog. It also enables users to download any on-demand program for offline viewing, view and download handout materials, perform evaluations, and obtain certificates of completion.
Users can attend a live webcast or view an on-demand seminar from their mobile device by tapping on a link in their account. The app will automatically launch the presentation on their screen with audio going through their headphones. The app allows users to view handout materials, perform evaluations and quizzes, and obtain certificates of completion without leaving the app.
In addition, the app allows users to download on-demand seminars and view them offline. The completion information is automatically communicated to the system when the device reconnects to the internet. Users can contact support within the app by clicking on the support tab in the course viewer or by clicking the (?) icon at the top inside the app. However, the app will only work if users already have an account with an organization on the PESI platform.
